When registering festival participants, it is necessary to collect the necessary personal data and consents in order to implement the festival.
With respect for your privacy and in accordance with Art. Article 13 (1) 1-2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform that:

The administrator of personal data is a natural person – the organizational manager of the Young Horn Academy Festival (hereinafter AMW), who can be contacted via e-mail address amwkatowice@gmail.com - Purposes and bases of processing
We will process the submitted personal data in order to implement AMW and its future editions:
- establish and publish a list of participants in the allocation to the appropriate age groups
- setting the schedule of competition auditions and concert performances
- Determination of legal guardian for minor participants
- Participant insurance
- sending the necessary information about the festival by e-mail
- sending information about the future edition of the festival by e-mail
- publication of the festival program, coverage and results of the competition on the website
- publications of archival editions of the festival
- matching the size of t-shirts for participants

- name and surname of the participant
- PESEL
- Date of birth
- name and address of the institution where the participant learns to play the French horn
- Years of learning to play the French horn
- years of study at a music school or alternative institution
- name and surname, telephone and e-mail contact of the teacher teaching the participant of the French horn
- name and surname of the participant's accompanist during AMW
- name and surname, telephone and e-mail contact to the participant's guardian during AMW
- rise
- T-shirt size
- Consent and information about the possibility of withdrawing consent
Participation in the festival requires sending the necessary personal data and consent to their processing and publication. You have the right to withdraw such consent at any time, but it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal - Data retention period
Personal data will be stored until there is a legitimate reason to inform the participant about the next edition of the festival or until we receive information from you regarding the deletion of personal data. After 10 years, your data will be automatically deleted by us - Where the data is stored

The submitted personal data will be made available only to natural persons – members of the AMW organizational office: organizational manager, festival secretary, competition secretary for the needs related to the implementation of the festival.
